Martedì 3 marzo alle 18 Casa Verona, al padiglione 20 dell’Arsenale, apre le porte a una serata che profuma di area di rigore e memoria calcistica. Il titolo è già un programma: “Da Amadei a Zlatan. I grandi centravanti della Serie A”, una raccolta di racconti che attraversa epoche, stadi e generazioni di tifosi, mettendo al centro loro, i numeri nove, i finalizzatori, gli uomini che hanno trasformato un pallone vagante in un boato collettivo.
Da Amedeo Amadei a Zlatan Ibrahimović, il volume ripercorre la storia del campionato italiano attraverso i suoi bomber più iconici, restituendo non soltanto statistiche e trofei ma anche caratteri, ossessioni, fragilità e grandezze. Perché il centravanti, in fondo, è una figura letteraria prima ancora che tattica: vive di attese, di silenzi e di improvvise esplosioni.
A presentare il libro saranno Alberto Bruno Cristani, direttore di Sportdipiù, e Angelo D’Andrea, scrittore tra gli autori della raccolta, che ha firmato un racconto dedicato a Luca Toni. Un omaggio a un attaccante che ha chiuso la propria carriera con la maglia dell’Hellas Verona, lasciando in riva all’Adige l’eco dei suoi gol e di una stagione capace di riaccendere entusiasmi.
L’incontro è organizzato in collaborazione con Spordipiù ed Heraldo – Festival del Giornalismo di Verona, realtà che negli ultimi anni ha intrecciato informazione, cultura e attualità, portando in città voci e storie di primo piano. Martedì sera, al centro della scena, ci saranno loro: i centravanti.
